Connecting multiple LAN's over a fiber optic metro area network, BellSouth® Metro Ethernet Service is the next evolution of BellSouth® Native Mode LAN Interconnection (NMLI) Service. It provides seamless inter-networking and the ability to mix speeds by location and application to support high-speed data, Voice over IP and video applications. Metro Ethernet is available in both point-to-point and switched solutions from 10 megabits per second to one gigabit per second bandwidths.
